Our hugely successful rimu “Earthquake Boards" came about from wanting to do something positive here in Christchurch following February, 2011.

The “earthquake boards” are made from rimu which was recycled from broken and destroyed houses. This timber that has spent 6-800 years growing on the West Coast and around 50+ years framing homes in christchurch for growing families. It was then reprocessed and turned into beautiful boards, then branded with the our familiar logo “Made from Rimu recycled from the February 2011 Christchurch earthquake”. 12,000-00 + have been sold to date.
